Movember Challenge

A challenge was laid down on November 1 by the High River Flyers to the  Okotoks Bisons. The challenge was which team could raise the most funds for Prostate Cancer during the month of November.

The two teams raised a grand total of $8,465.00 with High River edging out the Bisons by $5.00.

Prizes were awarded to the player or team official who grew the best moustache and the individual who
raised the most money.

Also on the line was the manager of the losing team had to wear the victor' s jersey at the December 11th contest in Okotoks.

Okotoks G.M. Jason McFarlane was a winner and loser in the event as he raised the most funds but had to wear a Flyers jersey as his team came up on the short end of the event.

Zachary Baba, Foothills Bisons, was selected to have grown the best moustache.
