Silver For Bisons
The Okotoks Bisons fell short in their quest for the 2012 Alberta Provincial Junior B title losing to the Whitecourt Wolverines today 5-1. Congratulations to the Bisons on a great season.

Okotoks Bisons HJHL Champs Again
Okotoks finished off a powerful regular season with an even more impressive playoff run.The Bisons went 11-0 in this years playoffs. Friday night the Bisons polished off defending provincial and western canadian champion Blackfalds Ford Wranglers in straight games winning the clinher 7-2. Okotoks once again as they have done all year displayed a devestating balanced offence.Jeremy Smith paced the attack on Friday with three goals.Dillon Loomer, Chas Fallis, Phil Dillon and Lane Wagner scored the others. Jared Guibault and Chance Abbott replied for Blackfalds.
Both teams move on to the Alberta Provincial Junior "B" Championships being held in Okotoks starting April 5th. This is the second year in a row that these two teams have represented our league at the provincials.
